Travel Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Leh (04km, 15 Minutes)

Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day acclimatizing to the high altitude. In the evening, explore Leh Market, visit the majestic Leh Palace, and enjoy panoramic views from the Shanti Stupa. Overnight Stay: Leh

Day 02: Leh – Lamayuru – Sham Valley(170 km, 6 Hrs)

After breakfast, depart for Sham Valley. En route, stop at the serene Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, the famous Magnetic Hill, the confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers at Sangam, and the peaceful Likir Monastery. Post lunch, continue to explore the surreal, moon-like landscapes and ancient Lamayuru Monastery. Overnight stay: Sham Valley

Day 03: Sham Valley – Leh (Via Alchi & Hall of Fame) (70 km, 4 hrs)

Post breakfast, journey back to Leh with en-route visits to the beautifully preserved Alchi Monastery and the patriotic Hall of Fame Museum. Reach Leh by afternoon for a relaxed evening. Overnight Stay: Leh

Day 04: Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (130 km, 5 hrs)

Gear up for a scenic drive over Khardung La, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Reach Nubra Valley, where dramatic landscapes and sand dunes await. Post-lunch, enjoy a unique double-humped camel safari in the desert between Diskit and Hunder. Overnight Stay: Nubra Valley

Day 05: Nubra Valley – Turtuk & Thang Exploration (190 km | 6-7 hrs)

After breakfast, set off to explore the remote border villages of Turtuk and Tyakshi, rich in Balti culture and history. Visit Thang, the last Indian village on the India-Pakistan border, known for its strategic importance during the 1971 war. Return to Nubra Valley for an overnight stay. Overnight stay: Nubra Valley

Day 06: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok River Road (150 km | 6-7 hrs)

After breakfast, drive towards the breathtaking Pangong Lake at 14,500 ft via the scenic Shyok River road. Upon arrival, settle into your camp and spend your time enjoying the lake’s stunning color changes and a peaceful sunset over the mountains. Overnight stay: Pangong Lake

Day 07: Pangong Lake to Leh via Thiksey & Shey (140 km | 4-5 hrs)

Wake up early to witness a spectacular sunrise over Pangong Lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh. En route, visit the beautiful Thiksey Monastery, famous for its resemblance to Potala Palace, and the historic Shey Palace, former summer residence of Ladakhi kings. Overnight stay: Leh

Day 08: Departure from Leh Airport
